Feel the movement and moving body in activ flow yoga. Search, sense and feel the body by focusing, breathing and movement. This active yoga is on Friday during opening of Winter Swimming weekend. Under the class we are using breathing, asanas, free movement and music. The class is suitable for everyone who wants to enjoy the body movement.
