Cancellation terms for individuals

Fell Centre Kiilopää must always receive the cancellation in writing: by post Fell Centre Kiilopää, Kiilopääntie 620, 99830 Saariselkä or by e-mail kiilopaaguides@suomenlatu.fi. A reservation is considered cancelled when the cancellation data is received by Fell Centre Kiilopää.

If the cancellation takes place

  • not later than 14 days before the start of the activity, cancellation free of charge

  • 8-13 days before the start of the activity, cancellation fee will be 25 % of the total value of the reservation.

  • 0-7 days before the start of the journey, cancellation fee will be 50 % of the total value of the reservation.

It is recommended that the clients have an insurance policy that also covers the costs of cancellation.

Fell Centre Kiilopää's rights for changes

Fell Centre Kiilopää keeps the rights to itself to make changes that are due to the price amendments, Force Majeure situations or other circumstances that are independent of Fell Centre Kiilopää. If there is proof that Fell Centre Kiilopää has essentially broken the contract and the journey has not yet been started, the passenger has the right to dissolve the agreement.

Complaints

All complaints and comments must be given immediately on the spot. If the situation is not rectified, the customer is entitled to give a written complaint (by post Fell Centre Kiilopää, Kiilopääntie 620, 99830 Saariselkä or by e-mail kiilopaa@suomenlatu.fi) no later than seven days after the journey has ended.
