This advanced course offers you a little more detailed look into the world of classic cross country skiing. We will revisit the diagonal and double poling techniques and practice the kick double pole technique. Some hill climbing and downhill exercises will be included.
This advanced course works best if you have acquired the basic skill set of classic cross-country skiing.
Date: Mondays from 11th March at 10.30-12. Please pick up the rental equipment well in advance. The meeting place is in front of the main door of Suomen Latu Kiilopää.
Price: 50 €/person
Equipment: Classic style skis (you can also rent skis from Kiilopää). Clothing suitable for exercise and water bottle needed.
