This advanced course offers you a little more detailed look into the world of skating cross country skiing.
We will revisit the basic skating technique, as well as focus on learning the faster techniques to move more efficiently on the skis. Some hill climbing and downhill sections will be included.
Date: Mondays from 11th March at 13-14.30. Please pick up the rental equipment well in advance. The meeting place is in front of the main door of Suomen Latu Kiilopää.
Price: 50 €/person
Equipment: Skating skis (you can also rent skis from Kiilopää). Clothing suitable for exercise and water bottle needed.
