On the Tuiskukuru Tour, you will explore the open fell landscapes and beautiful canyons of Urho Kekkonen National Park.
Hike will start from Suomen Latu Kiilopää and return to the same place.
Price includes guiding on the hike, dinner and a smoke sauna on the last day of the even
Participants are responsible for their own maintenance during the event. Participants will carry their own tent, food and other camping equipment.
It is a good idea to have some experience in backpacking and a good basic fitness level before participating in the hike.
Tuiskukuru Tour
Length of the trek: 55km, 5 days.
Daily distances are between 8 and 15 km. The campsites are Suomunruoktu, Tuiskukuru, Lankojärvi and Rautulampi.
Departure date: Sunday 16th June 2024 at 10 am
Return date: Thursday 20th June by 3 pm
The hike is well suited as a first longer wilderness hike.
