During Kiilopää’s Trail Running Week, experienced trail running coaches from Suomen Latu will guide you through breathtaking fell and wilderness trails. You can choose your daily run’s length and difficulty based on how you feel—whether it’s a short jog or a marathon-distance adventure. Daily routes range from 5 km to 40 km. The week also includes trail running technique sessions, navigation exercises, sauna evenings, and body maintenance.
Trail Running Week welcomes both beginners and experienced runners, offering a supportive and communal atmosphere. It’s also suitable for active families, and children under 12 can join runs with a parent. Each day’s routes vary in distance, but all follow a relaxed pace with a mix of running and walking. The difficulty is determined by distance, not speed.
